Dr Willis brings us 'Da Slam' (SILICON) Silicon has been a label which for me has been at the forefront of the ever popular Tech-Trance sound and with this release it certainly doesn't disappoint. Da Slam is a corker of a track and it comes from Australia's finest export since Kylie Dr Willis. As the title suggests this certainly does Slam and takes absolutely no prisoners with razor sharp beats and a bassline to destroy any dancefloor. Irish legend Gleave Dobbin provides an alternative mix which strips the powerful original back and concentrates on the groove and will keep his legions of fans very happy indeed! A strong release from Silicon.

"Had a listen and have to say it's one of the first 'hard' tracks this year that gives me satisfaction. Love the way it builds up, love the little vocalsample, love the simple yet effective melodyline, overall: nice!!!!! I ll rate it a 4,5 out of 5 (I never give out fives haha ;)). The remix is not really what I tend to play, but I love to listen to this sound, really puts you in a trance. 3,5 out of 5."
